You continue to carry standard landlord insurance, the same as you would with a traditional tenant. We also maintain short-term rental liability coverage, and each reservation is backed by platform-provided guest damage protection. Together, this creates multiple layers of protection for your property.
If the property is unfurnished, we fully furnish it at our cost with durable, guest-ready furniture, linens, and housewares. If the property is already furnished, we may make minor upgrades such as décor, artwork, lighting, and styling to enhance photography and attract higher-quality guests. All improvements are designed to elevate the space while preserving the integrity of your home.
Nothing changes for you. Your rent is guaranteed and paid on time every month, regardless of occupancy or seasonal fluctuations. We assume all booking risk—not the property owner.

Our standard lease terms range from 1 to 3 years, depending on the property and market. This provides long-term stability for owners while allowing flexibility if your plans change in the future.
