Our standard lease terms range from 1 to 3 years, depending on the property and market. This provides long-term stability for owners while allowing flexibility if your plans change in the future. How often is the property inspected and cleaned? The property is professionally cleaned and inspected after every single stay, not just once a year like with traditional tenants.
